About this Course
This one-day instructor-led course provides students with the information and tools to use Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. The course focuses on the implementation methodology model that provides the foundation for Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step, and how to use Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. The course provides guidelines and best practices for using Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step in preparation for and execution of an implementation project for one of the Microsoft Dynamics business management solutions. The goal of the course is to accelerate students’ understanding about how to use Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step in Microsoft Dynamics implementation engagements.

This course is intended for the following audience:
 
  • Existing Microsoft Dynamics Partners and Microsoft Consultants who will use Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step to guide them in customer implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Microsoft Dynamics SL.
  • New Microsoft Dynamics Partners with little or no experience using an implementation methodology for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Project managers who manage a Microsoft Dynamics implementation project.

Prerequisites


Before attending this course, students must have:
 
  • A general understanding of application functionality of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Microsoft Dynamics SL.
  • Experience with business processes, application functionality, and complex installation and configuration projects.
  • Experience in business application planning, installation, and configuration.
