Course Fees
On-Site Training
Servitor Training Services provides on-site
instruction for Microsoft Office or Adobe CS4, from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm for a fee of $1399 per day.
On-site or private classes are available for Microsoft Technical or
Dynamics courses for $1999 per day.
Since Servitor's classrooms seat a maximum of 8 students each, the
instructors are used to providing hands-on training to small groups.

group (20+), give our Customer Service line a call. As a Microsoft
Gold Certified Partner and a member of the International Association
of Microsoft Certified Partners, Servitor is well connected with freelance
lecturers, and can recommend someone to
you.
Course Material
All manuals and other supplies used in the course
are included in the course fee.
Lunch
Most students walk over to the
Sheppard Centre food court for lunch. Even though Sheppard Centre
offers free parking for lunch, it is faster to walk. Steps north of
the intersection at Sheppard and Yonge there are also a half-dozen
restaurants.
Parking
Servitor Training Services normally has room for
5 (five) student cars in our own lot. The cars are often stacked
along the South wall of 99 Sheppard Ave West, blocking in cars for
the day. This parking is provided at no charge to our students on a
first-come first-served basis.
Across the street on the North side of Sheppard
is a Green P lot, and at the South-West corner of Yonge and
Sheppard, on top of the subway, parking is available for
approximately $10 per Day.
Volume Discounts:
Servitor Training Services automatically offers
volume discounts based upon the number of classes booked by a client
in the previous 12 month period. Blocks of 'seats' or tickets can be
purchased by calling Servitor at 416-848-6886 or sending an email to
info@servtraining.com.
Since the discounting is automatically applied, there is no need to
book seats in advance, unless a customer finds it easier to do so.

Cancellation Policy
Servitor Training Services requires 12 hour advance notice of a
cancellation. Any fees paid in advance of the cancellation will be
refunded.
Rescheduling Policy
Servitor Training Services does not charge a fee for
rescheduling.
Refund Policy
Servitor Training Services offers a 30 day money-back
satisfaction guarantee.
Re-take Policy
Servitor Training Services offers each student the opportunity to
re-take a class once in the three months following their original
class.
Payment
Full payment for each class is required prior to, or on, the day of
the class unless other terms are agreed to by Servitor Training
Services.
Payment can be made on the day of the class by Cheque,
Debit Card, Visa or
MasterCard.
Payment can be made in advance over the phone by credit card.
